To build Spirit filled leaders capable of leading with confidence and conviction through training and Christian education. (Acts 1:8)
To develop our ministerial staff to help lead in the growth and develop-ment of teaching, preaching and ministering to the Church and the community. (2 Timothy 2:2; Ephesians 4:11)
